  • Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

Delivery times exclude customs clearance delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside our control.

Tracking Information

We will provide you a tracking number that you can use on our website to track the progress of your shipment once your order is shipped.

Package Loss

If, by chance, your package is lost or stolen while in transit (though it happens rarely), contact our customer service team immediately. 

We will start a case with the shipping courier and, if necessary, we arrange to send you a replacement.

Uncollected Goods
